Customers are fully and solely responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and legitimacy of the product links they submit.

We strongly recommend that customers only submit links from trusted, reputable websites.

SilentBuyers does not perform extensive verification of every link submitted. Once a request is confirmed and paid, the purchase is made exactly on the site provided by the customer. We do not switch platforms, search for alternatives, or verify if the link is secure.

SilentBuyers will never expose your personal identity, name, or contact information to any third-party seller or website — including fraudulent or suspicious ones. However, if you submit a link to a scam, fake, or non-functioning site, you assume full responsibility for the consequences. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, product issues, or financial losses. In such cases, you may lose the amount paid, and no refund will be issued.

We encourage all users to carefully research and verify the credibility of the website and product before submitting a request through SilentBuyers.

3. Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full before processing. Once payment is confirmed, we begin fulfilling your request. Due to the personalized nature of our service, no refunds are issued once an order has been placed, unless the error was made by our team.
