Start by submitting our request form. Just paste the link to the product you want from any online store.
No login, no personal account, no tracking.
You simply provide the product link and the address where you want it delivered.

💳 2. We Calculate the Total and Send You a Payment Link

Once we receive your request, we prepare a full quotation including:
• Product cost
• Estimated shipping to the address you provided
• Any applicable import duties or taxes

We then send you a secure payment link — with no product name or seller information displayed.

🛒 3. You Pay Securely — We Purchase the Product for You

After your payment is approved, SilentBuyers places the order on your behalf.
The seller receives only our company information — never your personal data.
We use either SilentBuyers or our official legal entity, Irmino, depending on the payment method and store policy.
In both cases, your identity is fully protected.

🚚 4. Discreet Delivery to Your Address

The product is shipped directly to the address you provided in the form.
Because you choose the store, packaging may vary:

• Some sellers ship in plain boxes

• Others may include invoices or minimal item descriptions

The name on the shipping label will show either SilentBuyers or Irmino — depending on which name was used during checkout.
Your name will never appear on the order, invoice, or package.
