Refund Policy – SilentBuyers

SilentBuyers is a private purchasing assistance service operated by Irmino LLC. We act solely as intermediaries and do not sell, stock or ship any products.
Our service works as follows:

The customer submits a product link through our secure form.
We calculate the full cost, including shipping, fees, and service charges.
The customer makes the payment.
We place the order exactly as requested, using our company name, and the product is delivered anonymously to the provided address.

Because the service is private and irreversible, our refund policy follows strict and transparent rules outlined below.

1. No Refunds After Order Processing

Once payment is confirmed and the order is placed, no refund is issued, except in rare cases of internal error (see section 3).

2. Why Refunds Are Not Possible

Due to the anonymous nature of our service:

We cannot request returns or cancellations after a purchase.
We do not use customer accounts or identities.
Sellers typically do not allow refunds without customer identification or platform access.

3. Exceptions – Internal Errors

A refund may be issued only if:

Our team ordered a wrong product or quantity.
The order was not placed and no expenses were incurred.

In these rare cases, notify us within 24 hours at contact@silentbuyers.com.

4. Customer Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for:

Providing the correct product link.
Verifying the credibility of the seller or platform.
Understanding that we do not validate the authenticity of websites.

If a product is not delivered due to a fraudulent or untrustworthy site, no refund will be issued. SilentBuyers is not responsible for losses caused by links submitted by the customer.
