We accept links from trusted websites. We do not process illegal, dangerous, or suspicious requests.

Can I send links from any website?

We strongly recommend only sending links from reputable and safe websites.
If the site is a known scam, fake store, or has malicious content, your request may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

How does SilentBuyers work?

You send us the exact link of the product you want.
We calculate the total price including shipping and service fee.
You confirm and pay securely.
We buy it under our company name and deliver it directly to your address — anonymously.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we are preparing our payment system. In the near future, we will support major options like credit card, PayPal, and crypto.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Once payment is confirmed, we process the purchase within 24 business hours.
Delivery time depends on the seller’s shipping speed. We always use the fastest and safest option available.

What if the product is delayed or lost?

Since we act as an intermediary, delivery issues are the seller’s responsibility.
However, we will assist you with any tracking problems and provide proof of order. No refunds are issued once the order is placed.

Can I cancel or request a refund after payment?

No. Due to the nature of private purchasing, once your order is placed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Why doesn't SilentBuyers have a shopping cart?

SilentBuyers doesn’t operate like a traditional online store. Instead of adding items to a cart, you simply send us the product link — and we take care of the rest with full privacy and personalized handling.
This model allows us to review each request individually, protect your identity at every step, and provide a safe, discreet shopping experience with no exposure or tracking.

How much does SilentBuyers charge?

Our fees depend on the order total (including shipping).
• $7 flat fee for orders up to $70
• 10% for orders from $71 to $250
• 15% for orders above $250

Are Stripe or other fees included?

No. Payment processing (Stripe), currency conversion, and transfer fees are calculated separately and always included in your final quote before payment.

What payment methods can I use?

We currently support credit and debit cards via Stripe. Soon, we will add PayPal and crypto. You'll always receive clear instructions when your quote is approved.

Can I change my request after payment?

No. Once payment is made, the purchase is considered confirmed. Please review your request carefully before submitting.
